Senior Payroll Coordinator Job Vacancy at Brown Family Wine Group Victoria Australia

Post Name: Senior Payroll Coordinator

Permanent Part Time Role (25 hours per week)

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of HR, Risk & Safety, the Senior Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for administering, coordinating, and maintaining all payroll related functions for 250+ employees. This exciting opportunity will see you manage and coordinate our payroll process including but not limited to:

• Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll
• Processing new starters and terminations
• Managing the monthly, end of month and end of year administration
• Preparing, balancing, and reconciling the annual payment summaries
• Preparing HR reporting from payroll data

What’s Required:

• Minimum five years current payroll experience
• Preferred ELMO payroll experience but not essential
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized and well-developed administrative skills
• Developed analytical and problem-solving skills
