BSDL Building Systems Distribution requires Administrative Office assistant
BSDL Building Systems Distribution Limited are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, well organized and reliable part time Administrative / Office assistant with previous experience.
Post Name: Administrative Office assistant
Job Type: Part Time Bedford Area – Temporary (6 months minimum)
Duties to include:
Using Sage accounts package – Prepare Customer Orders, invoices, Input receipts etc. Answering telephone enquiries and making outbound calls Handling customer enquiries and questions Along with general office administration.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm
Required Skills:
Experience in using Sage accounts package, Word, Excel Effective listening, verbal and written communication. The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative Great telephone manner and customer service.
Benefits: Starting salary circa £5-6,000 p.a. depending on experience 20 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays.
