HR Manager job vacancy in Cahya Mata Sarawak Malaysia
Post Name: HR Manager (Cahya Mata Sarawak Management Services Sdn. Bhd, Kuching)
HR Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions of the Cement Division of CMS Group including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, performance management and employee relations and communications
- Managing efficient payroll administration and statutory related functions
- Ensuring proactive engagement with management of the division, other departments & providing value-adding advice and efficient delivery of HR services and support
- Facilitating employee engagement with constant and open communication with employees of all levels
- Managing employee disciplinary issues and other related Industrial Relations functions
- Liaising with the relevant Government Authorities on employment related matters
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws & CMS Group policies and procedures
- Performing ad-hoc tasks / projects pertaining to HR or Divisional related assignments as and when required
Requirements of HR Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in HR field, including minimum 3 years in managerial position
- Sound knowledge in prevailing Labor Laws and Regulations, Industrial Law and Regulations & other employment related laws / regulations
- Solid hands-on experience in good HR practices and systems
- Good people management & communications skills
- Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken)
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Good leadership skills & strong team player
