Post Name: Accounts Executive (CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd, Kuching)
Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting / bookkeeping functions & maintenance of full set of accounts, including consolidated accounts
• Prepare & analyze monthly & year-end closing of accounts
• Prepare & analyze costing for projects including costs allocation
• Management of accounts receivable / payable & monitoring of cash flow requirements
• Prepare timely & accurate financial & management reports, annual budgets, management plans & cash flow projections

  Requirements:

• Ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines & ensure follow up, accuracy & attention to detail
• Good interpersonal / communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Able to work independently, result-oriented & self-motivated

  Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation and construction for company’s projects
• Oversee and lead a team of technical personnel in implementing and supervising project

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquirers and efficiently respond to customers’ feedback and request
• Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales and achieve the sales targets
• Assist purchaser in obtaining end financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by the Purchasers with the Group’s panel of lawyers
• Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on regular basis
