Post Name: Reliability Manager
Responsibilities of Reliability Manager:

• Practice quality work environment and housekeeping through 5s Practices and comply with the Safety & Health requirements and guidelines
• Formulates, develop, establishes and recommends overall preventive maintenance program
• Responsible for managing numerous teams

Requirements:

• Must have at least a diploma in engineering
• At least 10 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering positions in manufacturing or continuous process industry with 5 years’ experience in plant-based management position. Experience in cement industry or related heavy industry is an added advantage.
• Must have a good understanding of the plant operation, capabilities and limitations
• Able to manage all resources in reliability team to perform planned and unplanned job
• Possess good analytical skills and good attitude towards work

Post Name: Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:

• Practice quality work environment and housekeeping through 5s Practices and comply with the Safety & Health requirements and guidelines
• Formulates, develop, establishes and recommends overall preventive maintenance program
• Directly in charge with the maintenance of special projects (construction and machineries installation)
• Coordinates with other departments and immediately attend to major equipment breakdowns
• Prepares accomplishment reports and undertakes administrative functions in relation to personnel supervision

Requirements for Mechanical Engineer:

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in Cement Plant Maintenance or in other heavy industries maintenance
• Must have a good understanding of the plant operation, capabilities and limitations
• Computer literate and have ability to read and interpret drawings and schematic diagrams
• Possess good analytical skills and good attitude towards work
