Post Name: HR Manager (Cement Division -1 Position, Construction Materials Division -1 Position)
Responsibilities of HR Manager:

• Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR services to fulfill the needs of the operating Division / Company
• Ensure proper implementation of HR Performance (KPI & MPA) for productivity & profitability of the Division / Company
• Ensure effective and supportive HR Development for the Operating Company’s human capital
• Ensure effective internal and external relations with major service providers, employment advisors & employment agencies, professional associations & Government regulators
• Ensure compliance with all Group operating policies & standard and ensure compliance with relevant legislation

HR Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in the HR field, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position
• Sound knowledge in prevailing Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial Law and Regulations & other employment-related laws/regulations
• Solid hands-on experience in good HR practices and systems
• Good people management & communications skills
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken)
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Good leadership skills & strong team player

Post Name: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Based In Samalaju, Bintulu -2 Positions)
Responsibilities of HR Executive:

• To deliver effective and efficient HR Services to fulfill the needs of the operating Division / Company
• To support the implementation of PMS (KPI & MPA)
• To support in the execution of HR Development services

HR Executive Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience In the Human Resources field
• Good people management and communication skills

Post Name: QAQC Engineer (Sedc Premix Sdn Bhd, Kuching – 1 Position)
QAQC Engineer Responsibilities:

• Leads a Laboratory Team
• Prepare report
• Issue Purchase Requisition for Laboratory items
• Attend to a customer complaint
• Liaising with suppliers /client’s request/3rd party

Requirements of QAQC Engineer:

• Recognized Degree in Science/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience in road construction material testing, (asphalt/ bituminous products/quarries aggregate/Lab testing)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong computer abilities
• No critical illnesses
• No criminal record
• Age below 35 years old
• Possesses valid driving license
