Post Name:- Sales & Marketing Manager (Based at CMS Cement Industries Sdn Bhd, Kuching & Bintulu)

Responsibilities:-

•  To plan, lead and manage the operations of the Sales and Marketing Department which includes achieving sales targets, effective management of sales orders and deliveries, providing high levels of customer service and developing and implementing strategies for product and brand development and promotion, customer relations, etc.
• To be highly involved in engaging and servicing dealers and customers, in particular major accounts and highly demanding dealers and customers.
• To lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team into a customer-focused, highly efficient and innovative team.
• To ensure that systems and processes are well implemented and to continually seek for improvements to provide better efficiencies and customer experiences.
• To continuously monitor market conditions, government policies and initiatives, industry happenings and competitors and ensure that the department’s activities moves in tandem with the market conditions, customer needs and the industry trends.

Requirements:-

•  Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in the field with at least 3 years managerial experience
• Proven track record in marketing with demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service with sincere concern for customers
• With experience in social media communications and CRM
• With good leadership skills, effective negotiator and able to effectively engage and deal with highly demanding people
• Creative problem solving skills, quick thinking and pragmatic with attention to details
