Post Name:- Research Analyst, Investor Relations (Based at Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad, Kuching)

Responsibilities:-

•  Assist with the preparation and development of investor-oriented materials, including quarterly earnings releases/calls, fact sheets, investor presentations, and Q&A talking points
• Drafting of annual/quarterly reports and any other corporate documents and reports as and when required
• Coordinate investor relations events such as road shows, results briefing, analyst meetings and other corporate meetings
• Maintenance of all data and records of investor-relation events
• Monitor and summarize research analysts’ coverage reports
• Assist Co oversee the investor relations portion of the company web site

Requirements:-

1.  Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing or other related fields
2. Minimum two (2) years’ working experience.
3. Proficient in MS Office: Words, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Excellent written and spoken English
5. Strong report writing abilities
6. Pragmatic and possess critical & creative problem-solving skills
7. Organized & pays attention to detail
8. Good interpersonal & communication skills

Post Name:- Quantity Surveyor (Based at Samalaju Properties Sdn Bhd, Kuching / Bintulu

Responsibilities:-

•  Assist in preparing estimate & budget for department projects
• Assist in preparation of tender & contract documents
• Assist in pre & post contract management for department projects
• Manage & liaise with authorities, consultants & contractor on various aspects of the projects
• Evaluate Contractors claim on variations, interim payment & final account
• Cost control & monitoring project cost
• Attend site meetings, measurement & other duties as directed

Requirements;-

1.  Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized university
2. Minimum three to five (3-5) years’ working experience
