We currently have an opportunity for an experienced class 5 driver to Join our friendly team based In Christchurch. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of a hook-lift truck and trailer unit (hook-lift training will be provided). We haul waste from a number of Refuse Transfer Stations from around the region, to the Kate Valley Landfill, In North Canterbury. We operate a fleet of late model trucks, fully equipped with modern technology, and take great pride in delivering an essential service to the residents and businesses of Canterbury.

We are offering a position on our dedicated team of professional drivers, where safety and full compliance with road transport standards and driving rules, are paramount.

We offer ongoing training and development, with opportunities to grow and expand your driving career.

If you are an experienced multi-skilled driver, then we would like to hear from you.

You will need the following attributes:

• A valid class 5 license with relevant driving experience.
• Relevant transport industry knowledge and experience.
• You will need to be physically fit.
• Have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Be reliable and trustworthy.
• Have a willingness to learn.
• A positive, friendly attitude and outlook.
