Post Name:- Security Coordinator – MHCC

Responsibilities:

•  Oversee a network of security officers who safeguard the company’s assets as well as the physical safety of customers, employees, contractors, tenants and visitors.
• Identify protection goals and objectives.
• Manage the development and implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
• Physical violence preventing, access control system, video surveillance, information protection responsibilities will include network access and monitoring policies, employee education and awareness.
• Work with Complex Manager to prioritize security initiative and spending based on appropriate risk management.
• Maintain relationship with law enforcement.
• Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary matters associated with such breaches as necessary.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in supervisory/managerial role either police, armed forces or other law enforcement institutions.
• Well versed with laws of Fiji and prosecution practices.
• PC skills with high command of written and verbal communication.
• Must have pleasant and approachable mannerism while maintaining professional attitude.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours.
