Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the following positions to be based in Central/ Western Offices. Post Name: Specialist Call Agent- Automotive

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Service inbound bookings and achieving the required number of vehicles per day per branch.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell and cross – sell services/ products for automotive franchises
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Initiate in monthly promotional campaign calls (Service & Parts)
• Frequently attend educational seminars & engage FGD to improve knowledge and train teams on performance level

Requirements:

1.  Relevant qualification with previous experience in service booking and/or telecommunication industry
2. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in service industry with overseas exposures
3. Demonstrate excellent customer and phone communication skills
4. Past experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling required)
5. Ability to speak, read and write in mandarin and/or Bilingual is preferred
6. A highly professional approach and appearance
7. Clean driving, criminal and drug test records

Post Name: Specialist Service Advisors

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups
• Estimate cost and completion time/settle customer accounts
• Seize opportunities to upsell and cross – sell services/ products for automotive franchises
• Coordinate and follow up activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time
• Inspects every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility
• Liaise with technicians on vehicle statuses from related workshops, and ensure that vehicles are ready for customer on time

Requirements:

1.  Related qualification in automotive field
2. 4-7 years’ experience in automotive service environment, overseas automotive exposure is preferred
3. Knowledge of vehicle parts and servicing
4. Excellent customer service and organizational skills
5. Ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines

Post Name: Specialist Senior Service Advisors

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Lead / direct Field Service Advisors and / or service crew during field work and communicating vehicle problems and needs to Mechanics
• Assess the estimating cost and time required for repairs and manage internal processes of the department
• Monitor, re-schedule and booking appointments options, vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups
• Handle customer complaints within level of control to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage the assessment level of service advisor while communicating mechanical problem to the customer, carry out visual inspection and road test
• Attend to any other project assigned by management

Requirements:

1.  Related qualification in automotive field.
2. Must have at least 3-7 years of experience in Automotive Engineering with overseas exposures
3. Previous experience in Vehicle Service Department will be an advantage
   Some level of supervisory skills will be an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of vehicle parts and services on Japanese and European automotive franchises
5. Professional appearance with good communication skills; verbal and written.
