Job Responsibilities:-

  •  Ticketing operations
  • Crowd control and re-entry management
  • Safety management and briefings at selected attractions
  • Items’ distribution to guests / customers/ visitors at selected attractions
  • First line of response for attractions-related enquiries, admissions / ticketing processes and procedures, etc
  • Enhancement of guest / customer / visitor’s experience within the attraction premises
  • Execution of response protocols during attraction-related emergencies and incidents

Job Requirements:-

  •  Min diploma holder
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Customer Service experience would be advantageous
  • Positive and Cheerful personality
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work 10 hours rotating shift
