Job Responsibilities:-
- Ticketing operations
- Crowd control and re-entry management
- Safety management and briefings at selected attractions
- Items’ distribution to guests / customers/ visitors at selected attractions
- First line of response for attractions-related enquiries, admissions / ticketing processes and procedures, etc
- Enhancement of guest / customer / visitor’s experience within the attraction premises
- Execution of response protocols during attraction-related emergencies and incidents
Job Requirements:-
- Min diploma holder
- Bilingual preferred
- Customer Service experience would be advantageous
- Positive and Cheerful personality
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work 10 hours rotating shift
