Changi General Hospital Post Name: Patient Service Associate, Inpatient Operations
You are required to perform administrative duties and provide customer service to our patients. You will be responsible for registration and billing, payment / deposit collection, appointment scheduling as well as providing financial advice to patients. You will also be responsible for assigning beds and scheduling follow-up appointments for patients. Working hours: staggered hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm or 10am to 7pm as well as weekends and public holidays on rotational basis.
Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” / ‘N’ Level qualification
• Customer oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
  Post Name: Patient Service Associate, Call Centre (General Enquirers Line)
  You will provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in the Call Centre’s General Enquiries section. You must enjoy interacting with customers and your core responsibilities include responding to customer enquiries, emergency activation, making international calls, all in a timely and accurate manner. Working hours: 3 rotational shifts (morning, afternoon & night) including weekends and public holidays 6 days work week.
  Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / N’ Level qualification
• Customer-oriented team player with good Interpersonal skills
  Changi General Hospital Post Name: Healthcare Assistant
  You will perform basic cleaning, pottering, dispatching and other housekeeping duties as well as carrying out some basic patient care activities.
  Requirements:

• Minimum PSLE or equivalent
• Have passion in nursing and keen to acquire knowledge and skills to assist nurses in basic patient care, pottering and housekeeping duties
  Post Name: Cook / Assistant Cook
  You will be in charge of preparation of food for patients as well as for internally-organized events. For Assistant Cook position, no experience is required.
  Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in cooking Chinese / Muslim / Western cuisine
• Hygiene course certification
