Post Name: Group Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities / Duties:-

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall CJS Group business strategies.
• Develop and monitor overall HR policies, systems and procedures for the Group.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage our recruitment and selection process ensuring ‘right fit for the right role’ at all times.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through timely and relevant HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout the CJS Group’s human resource management
• Maintaining proper records and filing.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a HR leadership position. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience developing HR strategies.In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Working knowledge of fiji Payroll software is an added advantage.
• Have a valid group 2 driver’s license
• Be genuinely interested in employee engagement and employee satisfaction.
