Post Name: Team Leader-Group Resource Planning

The Job:-

You will play a key role in the overall Sales & Operations Planning Process which includes maximizing production capacities through optimum utilization of resources, maximizing company profit margins through analytical based decision making on capacity allocations within different strategic business units, carrying out variance analysis on planned vs actual achievement of production targets and take preventive /corrective measures to minimize the variances etc. You will also play a vital role in different cross functional teams to drive and ensure the achievement of company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Person:-

•  Should process a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management, Commerce or Statistics.
• Effective Team Management skills are essential.
• High energetic individual who can meet tight deadlines.
• Sound analytical and facts-based decision-making skills.
