Job description:

• To analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
• To ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with policies, procedures and statutory requirements
• Possess strong analytical and good planning skills with good working knowledge of accounting software
• To manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• To coordinate and complete annual audits
• To be responsible for tax planning, tax refunds, GST for the group of companies
• To provide reports and support of budget and forecast activities to management
• To improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective

• To assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Professional Degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in property development and construction
• Candidates without tertiary education but possess at least 10-15 years of working experience in related fields are encouraged to apply
• Able to lead a team independently and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Sound financial and management accounting knowledge
• Possess own transport.
