The Group is seeking for a dynamic and extremely results-oriented, self-driven Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage the CJ Patel Group successfully.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be an influential leader with the ability to develop and implement strategic, commercial and operational goals for the Group.

The Group CEO will drive fundamental organizational changes and instill organizational values across the Group and will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strategies and sustaining valuable relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the Group’s continuous expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities will also include:-

•  Managing the Group’s strategic, operational and financial performances to ensure that business and operational risks are mitigated.
• Ensuring the effective management of the organization including business planning, financial management, human resources management, and policy and governance functions.
• Leading and developing the team of management staff members.
• Leading change, innovation and continuous improvement in systems and work processes and practices.
• Providing strategic support, advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Develops and implements growth strategies.

Qualification & Experience:-

•  Relevant tertiary qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in an executive role with at least five years experience as CEO in FMCG industry.
• Strong proven analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• The candidate should maintain a high level of integrity and strong sense of ethics in all decisions and actions.
