Post Name: Water Treatment Supervisor

We are currently on the lookout for an outstanding Water Treatment Supervisor to join our team.
In this role you will manage a team of operators who operate and maintain water treatment plants and distribution facilities such as reservoirs to ensure reliable supply of sate drinking water. This includes being in sole charge of the water systems during normal operations making decisions on source water selection, treatment plant output and reservoir fill rates.

Do you have:

• Team leadership experience working in a collective and collaborative leadership environment?
• A national Certificate or Diploma in water treatment?
• The ability to adapt to varying tasks and priorities?
• The ability to create a continuous learning environment and team psychological safety?
• Excellent communication skills, in person, telephone, electronic and written?
