Accounts Executive, Human Resource Executive Job Vacancies at CMS Cahya Mata Sarawak Malaysia

Position 1: Accounts Executive (SEDC Premix Sdn Bhd, Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting and maintenance of full set of accounts;
  • Prepare & analyse monthly and year-end closing of accounts;
  • Ensuring optimum cash flow management;
  • Ensure the accounting system and records comply with the Company’s policies, financial reporting standards, statutory & tax requirements;
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial & management reports, annual budgets, management plans & cashflow projections;
  • Perform other tasks concerning the financial / accounting & administrative aspects of the company as required by the Finance Manager;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting from a recognised university or professional qualification with at least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Preferably working experience in audit;
  • Familiar with MFRS;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines & ensure follow up, accuracy & attention to details;
  • Knowledge in IFCA software will be an added advantage;
  • Good interpersonal / communication skills (both verbal & written);
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented & self-motivated.

Position 2: Human Resource Executive (Construction Materials & Trading Division, Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver effective and efficient HR Services to fulfill the needs of the operating Division / Company;
  • Provide HR support in executing recruitment / exit process correspondence;
  • Perform payroll administration and timely updates on employee’s database;
  • Checking employees’ claims, allowances and reimbursement;
  • To support in the execution of HR Development processes (training and development) in accordance with the Company’s ISO administration and requirement;
  • To assist superior and line managers in dealing with employees’ grievance and disciplinary issues;
  • Handle foreign Work Pass application, renewal and its procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Human Resources field;
  • Familiar with Sarawak Labor Ordinance, Employment Act and Employment Statutory Bodies and foreign Work Pass Regulations and Procedures;
  • Proficient in MS Office application, G-Suite, hands-on in SAP Payroll software is an added advantage;
  • Able to meet multi tasks deadline and work in fast-paced environment, good planning and follow-up skills;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good in written and spoken (Bahasa Malaysia and English);
  • Service-oriented and positive attitude personality, pro-active and meticulous.
