Position 1: Senior Geologist (SEDC Quarries Sdn Bhd, Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage exploration and operation of new minerals;
  • Scoping, tendering and evaluate third party contracts;
  • Design and manage geological and quality programs;
  • Manage geological database including data collection, reconciliation and integrity;
  • Supervise field operation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Certificate of Registration as a Registered Foreign Geologist;
  • Minimum at least (5) years related working experience;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Computer literacy and the ability to analyse numerical and graphical data;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and under minimum supervision;
  • Good teamwork, interpersonal & communication skills.

Position 2: QAQC Engineer (SEDC Premix Sdn Bhd, Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a Laboratory Team;
  • Prepare report;
  • Issue Purchase Requisition for Laboratory items;
  • Attend to customer complaint;
  • Liaising with suppliers / client’s request / 3rd party.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree in Science / Civil Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in road construction material testing;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong computer abilities;
  • No critical illnesses;
  • Age below 35 years old;
  • Possesses valid driving licence.

Position 3: Sales & Marketing Executive (SEDC Quarries Sdn Bhd, Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and coordinate all the sales to customer;
  • Monitor outstanding for customer;
  • To coordinate all the outstation delivery;
  • Inventory control to reduce the production downtime;
  • Prepare and checking all the invoices to customer;
  • Monitor delivery for customer;
  • Ensure all the projects invoices is issue within the time frame.

Requirements:

  • Degree in related field or its equivalent;
  • At least 3 years related working experienced;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel & Word);
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written);
  • Able to work independently and result-oriented;
  • Willing to take new challenges and self-motivated for new assignments.

Position 4: Account Executive (SEDC Premix Sdn Bhd, Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting and maintenance of full set of accounts;
  • Prepare & analyse monthly & year-end closing of accounts;
  • Ensuring optimum cash flow management;
  • Ensure the accounting system and records comply with the Company’s policies, financial reporting standards, statutory and tax requirements;
  • Prepare timely & accurate financial & management reports, annual budgets, management plans & cashflow projections;
  • Perform other tasks concerning the financial / accounting & administrative aspects of the Company as required by the Finance Manager;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting from a recognised university or professional qualification with at least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Preferably working experience in audit;
  • Familiar with MFRS;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines & ensure follow up, accuracy & attention to details;
  • Knowledge in IFCA software will be an added advantage;
  • Good interpersonal / communication skills (both verbal & written);
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented & self-motivated.

Position 5: Accounts Executive (CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd Kuching)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting / bookkeeping functions & maintenance of full set of accounts, including consolidated accounts;
  • Prepare & analyse monthly & year-end closing of accounts;
  • Prepare & analyse costing for projects including costs allocation;
  • Management of accounts receivable / payable & monitoring of cash-flow requirements;
  • Prepare timely & accurate financial & management reports, annual budgets, management plans & cash-flow projections;
  • Ensure the accounting system & records comply with the Company’s policies, accepted accounting standards, statutory & tax requirements;
  • Perform other tasks concerning the financial / accounting & administrative aspects of the Company as required by the Finance Manager;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting from a recognised university or professional qualification with at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a property development environment & with knowledge in IFCA;
  • Must be computer literate & conversant in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point;
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, deadlines & ensure follow up, accuracy & attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal / communication skills (both verbal & written);
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented & self-motivated.
