We are hiring!

• Our office situated at krokop Miri
• Our working schedule: Monday to Friday

Post Name: Financial Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalise financial statements annually
• Prepare and submit: SST reports bi-monthly
• Ensure compliance with Company Act 2016, Income Tax Act 1967, Sales & Service Tax Act 2018 and Customs Ruling
• File tac returns and other regulatory reports
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial forecasts and budgets
• Work closely with other departments
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers and tax authorities if necessary
• Conduct regular checks on billing to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• At Ieast Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance & minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field (experience in shipyard will be added advantage)
• Strong understanding of MFRS, SST and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in QNE accounting software
• Ability to prioritise and multitask to meet tight deadlines
• Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin) will be added advantage

Post Name: Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts from data entry to produce management account.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit & matters.
• Prepare monthly payments and perform bank reconciliation
• Handle some ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• 3 years working experience in related field and possession of Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess knowledge in miscellaneous Malaysian Taxes (include GST, SST & income tax) will be added advantage.
• Able to work independently and multi-lingual

Post Name: Payroll Executive
Responsibilities:

• Data Key-In and update payroll data and information (including PCB calculation).
• Prepare and submit forms to relevant government departments on time.

Basic Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in relevant work.
• Ability to wort independently and multi-lingual
• Familiarity with UBS Payroll System and computer literacy.
