Courts Fiji are seeking applications from interested applicants for the position of Senior Service Technician in Brown Goods, based at Courts Service – Labasa.

Post Name: Senior Service Technician – Brown Goods

This is a hands on job and the successful applicant must possess:

•  Sound practical and theoretical knowledge in carrying out brown goods repairs.
• Experience in diagnosing of faults.
• Applicants must have a Trade Certificate in Electrical/Electronic from a recognized Institution.
• Able to repair LCD’s. LED’s, PLASMAS, Home Theatre Systems & Audio Hi-Fi’s, DVD Players. X -box, with at least 3 years work experience in a similar position.
• Must able to diagnose the smart and Cured UHDTV with specialized diagnosis kit.
• Installation and commissioning of smart Audio/Video appliances.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration.
• Applicants must be able to work long hours and on weekends, and possess a valid driving license.
• To ensure that items under repair are completed and returned to customers in the shortest time possible.
• To ensure that all complaints are attended to in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must a have a valid driving license.
• Applicant must possess License to handle controlled substance (ODS)
• Applicant must be able to work long hours and on weekends.
• Applicant must have a Diploma /Trade Certificate in Electrical / Electronic from a recognized Institution, with at least 3 years work experience in a similar position.
