Courts Post Name: Commercial Appliances & Marine Engine Technician

Location: (Positions will be based at our Courts Service – Savusavu)

Key Attributes:

•  Liaise with Corporate Sales Team if they need product demonstration of outboard engines for customers.
• Demonstrate and repair outboard and other 2-stroke engines
  Should be able to demonstrate and repair other products such as Chainsaw, Bush cutters, water blaster, lawn mower and all other power tools appliances.
• Carry out Pre Delivery Process for outboard engines.
• Train other technicians for Pre Delivery Process.
• Use engines Diagnostic tools and technical publications
• Use engines parts catalogues & parts ordering
• Coordinate service and technical enquiries received from customers
• To provide effective technical service for domestic and commercial electrical appliances.
• Carry out onsite Installations and commissioning works.
• Carry out onsite repair works.
• To provide fast & effective maintenance and repairs on products under complaint by customers to ensure efficient after sales service for our customers
• To ensure that items under repair are completed and returned to customers in the shortest time possible to maintain their good faith in our company and the services we provide
• To guide and train existing technician on refrigerant handling procedures.
• Job site survey for accurate electrical equipment installation.
• Inspect and quality checks for repaired items.
• In house research & develop to improve product quality.
