Salary:-RM 1800 – RM 2000 (Based on Experience)

Job Description:-

We are looking for a Ticketing & Travel Executive is responsible to keep D jones Holidays office running smoothly. Duties and responsibilities are as per the following:

• Responsible in developing corporate ticketing sales function.
• Handle all aspects of travel agency operations including managing travel bookings/quotations and emergency hotline services.
• Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements. Visa requirements, car rental, and other related travel services.
• Able to make reservations ticketing who familiar with GDS system especially in AMADEUS system to book flights, issuance, re-issuance and refund.
• Able to Handle Visa processing, hotel and travel insurance.
• Any ad hoc task as requested by Management.

Requirements:-

• Diploma in Tourism industry or related studies in travel agency.
• Good attitude and Passionate in travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in travel agency.
• Experience in travel industry, Visa processing and know how to assist client in travel planning.
• Good written and spoken communication skill in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Attention to detail, a tactful person with flexibility to adjust way of work.
• Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill.
