Post Name: Membership Officer
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: At least Diploma in Accountancy & Other related courses
Experience: 1-2 years in related field.
Others: Good English.
Must be professional, polite, and reliable.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintenance of accruable and up to date records on all prospects and members including creating new members.
2. To check ageing report regularly and follow up with reminder for account exceeding the credit term of 30 days.
3. Monthly statement of accounts to be sent at month end not later than one week after closing.
4. To report directly all matters affecting credit and collection to GM.
5. Reminders to be sent out if no payment received after 14 days upon presentation of monthly statement of accounts.
