Post Name: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying and contract administration
• Significant experience in pre and post contract functions including tender/contract reviews, tender/contract strategies and drafting, tender/contract procedures, procurement of sub-contract works, sub-contract negotiations, defending claims brought about by sub-contractors and dispute resolutions is essential
• Possess relevant experience in construction projects. Familiar with standard forms and contract, administration and construction claims
• Able to prepare Tender and Contracts Documents
• Good knowledge of project costing and able to ensure projects are implemented within the budget
• Computer literate with strong interpersonal skills
• Successful candidates will be based at Murum Estate, Bintulu, and Sarawak
