Requirements for Director Plantation:

• Preferably a Diploma/Degree Holder in Plantation Management, Agricultural Science or related discipline
• Incorporated Society Planters (ISP) Certificate will be an added advantage
• More than 20 years’ experience in the field and held Senior Level position in Plantation company
• Driven, sharp, results oriented with strong understanding of business operations and key drivers
• Experience in running/supervising large oil palm plantation estates (more than 20000 hectares) will be an added advantage
• Possess excellent leadership,interpersonal and presentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Highly independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, agile and precise
• Pleasant interpersonal and strong business acumen
