We are looking for an experienced Residential Multi-Site Construction Supervisor.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following

• Site Health and Safety
• Coordination of trades
• Organization of materials
• Weekly owner updates
• Working to a program
• Ensuring site is tidy
• Problem Solving
• Management of several projects on the go

The successful candidate will have:

• +5 years working in the construction industry
• +2 years working in the construction industry in a supervisory role
• Excellent time management and an eye for detail
• A high level of communication, with strong leadership capabilities
• A very high level of commitment to health & safety for themselves and others
• Dedication and commitment to all them do
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience with Builder trend software is advantageous but not necessary
