Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and support DBOS banking system applications and IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues and handle overall support and maintenance of the entire banking system environment

Job Requirement / Core Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
• At least 5 years of related working experience. Experience in banking system support and operations is an added advantage
• Experience in handling virtual machine software, backup software solution is essential
• Knowledge in Linux operating system and Window server is preferred
• Network trouble shooting and knowledge of database is an added advantage
• Familiar with IT infrastructure setup and implementation
• Consistently willing to learn and acquire new technology
• Able to communicate well in spoken and written English and possess good analytical and critical thinking skills
