Post Name: Corporate Services Manager

Due to the rapid growth of DCM, the Corporate Services Manager is a newly established role reporting to the Director. With a primary focus on DCM’s finance functions, this position will also provide strategic management and oversight of the organization’s corporate functions including IT, human resources, policy development and business continuity support. The appointee will be accountable for ensuring the corporate services function evolves to an increased level of maturity, while supporting its current state. This will require an individual who can demonstrate a track record of success acquired from within a ‘hands on’ environment
You will have proven corporate leadership experience gained from within the NGO sector or equally complex service delivery environments. Financially and commercially astute, you will be viewed as a stellar ‘all-rounder’, who has contributed to shaping organizational performance and creating sustainable outcomes.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will also promote a culture that reflects manaakitanga across all levels of the organization.

In addition, the following leadership experience and capabilities are sought:

• Senior financial management experience within an NGO, social service delivery environment with the proven ability to co-create and execute organizational strategies;
• Effective people leadership skills, with the capacity to build, nurture and leverage organizational capability through others is a key requirement;
• Technology-astute, with the capacity to work with providers to support ongoing maintenance and improvement of IT systems;
• Strong blend of business acumen, customer centricity, with a holistic focus on supporting successful long-term learning outcomes;
• Excellent judgment and common sense, with well-honed ability to identify and highlight both risk and opportunity;
• A relevant tertiary qualification and CA member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand is required.
