Design Engineering Consultant requires Business Development Manager

Design Engineering Consultant Position Name:- Business Development Manager

Location: Oman

Key Responsibilities:-

  •  To penetrate accounts in MEASA with respect to industrial sector
  • Revenue generation from the assigned set of accounts and meeting assigned revenue targets by following the sales protocols.
  • To develop account relationships with Key stake holders at mid and senior management.
  • Will be responsible for dedicated Account development and Management.
  • Active lead generation and management of sales pipeline and invoicing accountability Client Engagement and New Business Development Activity
  • Conduct client focused business development/networking activities in order to achieve individual revenue targets, in addition to all key performance indicators.
  • Proactively forge relationships with potential Client organizations, to gain a deeper understand of potential business needs
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in-line with our services & deliverables
  • Utilizing a consultative sales approach, generate new business opportunities from within and beyond the core industry.
  • Build relationship to up-sell and cross-sell.

Account Development:-

  •  Ensure all existing business accounts are contacted and qualified with the aim of further developing client relationships and generating additional revenue stream
  • Proactively build relationships with existing and potential clients to gain a greater understanding of current/future business needs.
  • Effective sales pipeline management (generating the required ratio of pipeline opportunities in line with achieving personal target).

The Ideal Candidate should have:-

  • An Overall understanding of business development process
  • Good understanding of the relevant geography
  • Excellent client relationship and reach
  • Proven track record and consistency in delivering results

What we are looking for:-

  •  An Engineering graduate and preferably with an MBA with 7 to 10 years of experience in selling Research reports & Consulting Services or any selling experience (or) Excellent industry exposure with Metals & Minerals knowledge
  • Proven business to business services based sales experience, within a professional and fast paced environment.
