Requirements of Gateway Supervisor at DHL Express (Malaysia):

• Diploma, Bachelor Degree or its equivalent
• Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years in logistics, transportation, warehouse / on road in courier industry or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills – written & oral
• Minimum 4 (Four) year of supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, analysis & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated drive, initiative & flexibility to ensure task completion.
• Advanced Level Skills in MS Word and Excel
• Demonstrated time management & organization skills.
• Manage multiple activities/deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to be assertive.
