Post Name: Production Operations & Asset Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assimilate HSE Culture throughout the operational department
• Drive the formulation of operations strategies to ensure continuous oil and gas supply targets are achieved
• Strive towards oil and gas production operational excellence focusing upon Process Safety Management, Integrated Asset Planning, Maintenance & Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Prudent Cost Management & Control and Exemplary Stakeholder Management
• Build and sustain field capacity and capability via various strategic growth and sustainability projects
• Lead an Asset Development Team covering subsurface, drilling and engineering activities
• Develop an innovative & continuous improvement culture and build organization resilience by shaping the mindset and behavior, and internalizing Corporate Values

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in offshore production & operations with sound technical knowledge
• Well-versed and experienced in leading multi-discipline teams in platform production & operations, fabrication projects, start-up commissioning and maintenance activities
• Minimum 5 years in an OIM position with good understanding of the E&P business process
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and display good teamwork
• Good organization and analytical skills
• Proven managerial capability with good overview and understanding of the planning and control of asset development related activities
