Post Name: HSE Executive

HSE Executive Responsibilities:

• Assist the HSE Manager in preparing HSE plans for each project undertaken based on the nature of activities in the project
• Overall in-charge and HSE focal person (or managing offshore HSE
• Advise the offshore project management team in compliance with Company and client HSE requirements and legal rules & regulations
• Lead and guide the Offshore HSE Supervisor on project HSE requirements/ implementation

HSE Executive Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years* relevant experience in the Health & Safety field
• Registered SHO (Green Book) with DOSH
• Registered with CIDB

Post Name: HSE Supervisor

HSE Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Assist the HSE Executive/SHO in ensuring HSE compliance
• Ensure HSE requirements are implemented and enforced
• Monitor HSE findings close out from hazard reports, inspections, audits, accident reports, etc.
• Ensure works are conducted based on HIRADC & PTW requirements by conducting PTW audits/inspections

HSE Supervisor Requirements:

• SPM or higher qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction/oil & gas activities
• Registered SHO (Green Book) with DOSH
• Registered with CIDB

Post Name: QC Inspector
QC Inspector Responsibilities:

• Perform required inspections and QC activities in accordance with relevant Project Quality Plans, Project Specifications Inspections and Test Plans as applicable
• Inspect project materials and assessment on whether such materials meet specified acceptance criteria
• Inspect construction works performed on Dialog projects and assess whether such construction works meet specified acceptance

QC Inspector Requirements:

• SPM or higher qualification
• Minimum 10 years experience in construction/oil and gas activities
• Qualified welding inspector (CSWIP 3.1)
• Certified in Quality Control (CSWIP/ASNT/API)
• Registered with CIDB

Post Name: EPCIC Designer
Responsibilities:

• Prepare pipeline installation drawings. which include risers, pipeline pools, pipeline crossings, etc.
• Manage and develop technical guidelines related to drawings with a technical team approach
• Participate in the design coordination with engineers, designers and other disciplines in the development of complete drawing packages

EPCIC Designer Requirements:

• Certificate in an Engineering related field
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in 2D and 3D CAD design and 3D software
• Minimum 3 years’ EPCIC project experience in the oil & gas industry
• Familiar with fabrication work sequence and able to produce 3D & Schematic drawings to illustrate the fabrication process
• Familiar with offshore facilities installation work sequence and able to produce 3D & Schematic drawings to illustrate the installation process
• Able to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  criteria

Post Name: Engineer
Engineer Responsibilities:

• Report to the Deputy Protect Manager
• Assist the Senior Protect Engineer in day-to-day operations

Engineer Requirements:

• Degree in an Engineering related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia

Post Name: Senior Project Engineer
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager/Deputy Prefect Manager in the planning and execution of the offshore EPCIC project
• Conduct Technical A Commercial evaluation for project materials procurement
• Prepare project specific procedures (PSP)
• Assist the Deputy Project Manager in the planning and monitoring of fabrication and offshore construction works

Requirements:

• Degree in an Engineering related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in at least 2 offshore EPCIC projects
• Excellent written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia

Post Name: Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:

• Manage appointed freight forwarders/custom agents and other service providers to logistics
• liaise with Government, Local and Regulatory Authorities to ensure all logistics matters are conducted in compliance with local regulations
• Ensure project materials are delivered in line with the project schedule
• Attend shipping load-out of specialized or delicate equipment to ensure safe loading, transit and delivery of materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in logistics management in the upstream oil and gas industry
• Experience in offshore transportation & installation logistics management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
