• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or other related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing equipment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Extremely motivated with a results-oriented purpose
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Organize daily; weekly; monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Plan workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules that meet the expectations of our customers
• Recruit production staff for various functions within the manufacturing environment
• Train and develop employees for personal growth opportunities
• Ensure Safety and Quality protocols are strictly followed

Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
Years of Service: Minimum 5 years related experience
