We are seeking a Case Worker to deliver an innovative non-residential rehabilitation treatment service that is ‘day-based’ structured. This program is designed for individuals aged 18 years and older who are experiencing moderate to serve substance dependence and require more intensive treatment than outpatient interventions provide.

Position Overview:
Your responsibilities will be delivering a structured, intensive, evidence-informed based program using psychosocial interventions. Interventions will include individual and group counselling, developing coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and enhance living skills such as health and nutrition, financial management, and interpersonal relationships skills. Self-help, peer support, and recreational activities will also be incorporated.
Counselling and therapeutic interventions (e.g. daily living skills) must be delivered by staff who are suitably qualified and or skilled and experienced and/or culturally recognized as suitable in the provision of specialist AOD treatment services in service settings appropriate to the target group.
