Executive Leadership Opportunities

Post Name: General Manager Organizational Performance (Ref.8275)
As well as leading corporate service functions, this role will have oversight of the largest unit in the organization – Service Delivery, the engine-room of payroll operations. The focus will be on delivering strategies, frameworks and work programmes that shape the people, culture and operations.

Post Name: General Manager Service Development (Ref.8276)
This position will have oversight of the technology, programmes, engineering, service design and communications functions of the organization. The GM will ensure that products and services are designed and implemented to meet stakeholder requirements, and to increase delivery efficiency, innovation and business growth.

Both positions require the capability of a senior, strategic leader or a leader with experience leading a large-scale operational unit. You will have experience working with and advising a Board and be a systems thinker, a thought leader and an exceptional people leader.

The CE has indicated her intention to step down in 2022 and so there is a genuine opportunity to take advantage of succession planning.
