Our objective is to provide customers with solutions to reduce costs derived from effective management of transport, warehousing, shipping and forwarding clearance with computerized control systems. We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies:

Post Name: Administration Clerk

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Secondary/ SPM/ Diploma in any field.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Reliable and responsible with good time management.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  To perform clerical duties such as filing, documentation control, payment of bills, etc.
  • To assist in all administration matters in the department operations.
  • Assist in other general operation functions and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents and record keeping.
  • Undertake special assignments, additional duties & responsibilities as and when necessary.

Post Name: Administration Executive

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Business Studies/ Administration or any related fields.
• Able to start work immediately,
• At least 1 (one) year working experience is needed for this position.
• Good interpersonal skills and meticulous.
• Able to speak in Bahasa and English.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  To oversee the office administration and ensuring documentation are property handled by the staff, collections are made and followed-up by accounts receivable staff, and payment are made to vendors on time.
  • To record and monitor employees attendance, leave taken and overtime claims.
  • To process service orders for the office maintenance, servicing of lorries and forklifts.
  • Responsible in managing the performance of branch administration.
  • Responsible and coordinate work between branch and HQ.
  • Any other duties assigned by Manager.

Candidates must have own transport. The company practices 6 day week.
