Utility Driver / Mandoup Job Vacancy at The Embassy of the Republic of Botswana Kuwait City Kuwait

Title of the Position: Utility Driver / Mandoup
Salary: 300.000 KD monthly
Leave: 30 working days
Benefit: 25% Commuted overtime allowance
Qualifications: High School / Any certificate will be added advantage
Experience: At least two years working experience in a related field
Skills Required: Ability to read, write and communicate in English 48 working hours per week (Sunday to Thursday) Transferable Residency
Main Purpose of the Job: Drives officers of the Embassy, drives official delegations from Botswana, provides protocol services to visiting VIPS by opening and closing doors for dignitaries, loads and safekeeping of VIPS luggage, maintains the logbook of the Mission vehicles by recording speedometer reading, date, destinations and obtaining signature of authorizing officer at the commencement and end of each trip, deliver mail to MOFA and Embassies, advises on the maintenance schedule of Mission vehicles, keep Mission vehicle clean at all times, reports accidents to the nearest police station and to supervisor and gives accurate written report outlining circumstances leading to accident, ensures vehicle has all necessary tools and ensures safe custody,
collects receipts on fueling, enters the information in logbook and give receipt to supervisor on each fueling trip, assist in office on general duties and perform any other duties as maybe assigned
