Epc Synergy Sdn Bhd are a Bumiputera Construction Company based In Kuching, seeking suitable candidates for the following positions:

Post Name:- Project cum Construction Manager (Full time for the Project on site) Based in Sibu

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining Project Management Plan;
• Resource management;
• Contract deliverables and management;
• Accountable for QA/QC management and quality control on site;
• Monitoring of work progress;
• Management of construction material production facilities. Management of plant and procurement schedules and management of supplies, stockpiles and warehousing;
• Project interfaces coordination;
• Document and correspondence management; and
• Attend monthly progress meetings.

Requirement:-

•  Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, preferably with further education in Project Management;
•  At least 8 years’ experience In projects similar to the scope of the Works;
•  Proven experience In managing multidisciplinary design teams and responsibility for detail design and construction;
•  Familiarity with international design codes and the requirements and obligations under FIDIC contract conditions (or similar); and
•  Fluent verbal and written communication skills In the English language.

Post Name:- Project cum QC Engineer [Electrical] (Full time for the Project on site) Based in Sibu

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project QA and QC on site activities;
• Assisting Project/Construction Manager on project management and Coordination; and
• Assisting Project/Construction Manager on other tasks necessary for the Works.

Requirement:

•  At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering;
•  At least 5 years’ experience in projects similar to the scope of the Works;
• Familiar with the hazards and safety requirements for work site; and
•  Preferable to have knowledge in Completion Management System (CMS) and apply this as a tool In project set up, Implementation and operation during FAT Inspection, construction and commissioning.

Post Name:- Project cum QC Engineer (Civil) (Full time for the Project on site) Based In Sibu

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project QA and QC on site activities;
•  Assisting Project/Construction Manager on project management and coordination; and
• Assisting Project/Construction Manager on other tasks necessary for the Works.

Requirements:

•  At least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering:
•  At least 5 years’ experience in projects similar to the scope of the Works;
• Familiar with the hazards and safety requirements for work site; and
•  Preferable to have knowledge in Completion Management System (CMS) and apply this as a tool in project set up. Implementation and operation during FAT Inspection, construction and commissioning.

Post Name:- Site Supervisor (Full time for the Project on site) Based In Sibu

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assisting Project cum QC Engineer on Site Supervision;
•  Coordinating all the related works between sub-contractors In order to ensure smooth flow of works.

Requirements:

•  Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering’s qualification;
•  At least 5 years’ experience in project similar to the scope of works; and
•  Familiar with the hazards and safety requirements for work site.
