Post Name: Brand Marketing Executive

About the Role:
This role will report directly to the Consumer Sales and Marketing Manager Pacific Islands. The Brand Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing plans. This role will be predominantly responsible for but not limited to:

• Actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual marketing plan to build brand positioning, customer traffic and sales.
• Coordinate promotional materials, activities/events.
• Managing production and performance of multimedia content
• Managing social media platforms
• Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns
• Develop & manage advertising and promotional materials and trade events materials.

Key Attributes:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant areas.
• Good organizing, planning and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic about Digital Media
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a FMCG company.

Post Name: Team Leader Customer Care

About the Role:
Reporting to the Consumer Sales & Marketing Manager Pacific Islands, the Team Leader Customer Care role will lead and develop the Customer Care team, champion our customers’ needs and use data to make informed decisions. Contribute to and assist with driving the team strategy ensuring that the operational activities of Customer Care are aligned with overall organizational objectives. The role will oversee processing of orders, handling customer complaints, prepare correspondence, reports, and demonstrate exceptional customer service will be an integral part of this role.

Key Attributes:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Diploma in Management or any other business-related field.
• 2-3 years practical experience and working in a similar role.
• Self-motivated with drive and willingness to excel in providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Effective communication, report writing, and engagement skills.
• Interpersonal skills, being able to handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
