Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated information technology manager who will play an essential role in the organization’s broad IT management strategies and is responsible for maintaining the accessibility, functionality and security of all computer resources. This includes any data storage infrastructure, networking equipment, web applications and computer hardware/ software. Specific roles and responsibilities shall Include:

• To assure project teams understanding of business requirements project objectives.
• To assure project milestones & plans are developed and communicated
• To manage against project milestones and plans to perform project tracking control reporting.
• To develop effective responses to problem situations.
• To develop high-level application plans/timelines that support individual project schedules and communicate staffing plans resource requirements.
• To develop a technical application plan that supports business goals objectives,
• To deliver timely accurate projects/assignments that meet business objectives,
• To improve technical and professional knowledge, attend the associated events, benchmark up-to-the-minute practices.
• To manage technological survey based on the corporation’s strategies and objectives.
• Planning and directing new hardware and software deployments.
• Protecting sensitive data, systems, and applications from external threats.
• Preserve quality of service by enforcing company standard.
• Effectively communicate solutions to non-technical users.

Requirements of IT Manager

• Excellent with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Excellent knowledge of computer software/hardware systems.
• Extreme awareness of data governance and data center management.
• Strong in SOL scripting (MySQL, MsSQL)
• Familiar with ERP and Accounting System.
• Experience in Power Pivot/ Power BI/ Microsoft Pivot Report,
• Knowtdege in other Programming language and knowledge of hardware and Network infrastructure.
• Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
• Proficiency in technical management and data analysis.

Qualification of IT Manager
Bachelor’s degree/ Master in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

IT Manager Remuneration
RM7,500.00 – RM9,000.00
