Post Name: Property Manager / Caretaker Position

Due to our current Property Manager retiring, Fairfield Intermediate School is seeking a reliable and energetic school Property Manager / Caretaker to oversee the management of our school property. This position will involve undertaking a wide range of duties to ensure our school is a well-maintained and safe environment. This position will suit someone who is physically fit and active, enjoys working outdoors and is able to interact in a friendly and professional manner with all members of our school community.

The position is for 40 hours per week over 52 weeks per year. Conditions and remuneration are according to the School Caretakers’ and Cleaners’ Collective Agreement. The position will commence on Monday 5 July 2021 or as negotiated. Applicants for this position require NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
