   Assisting CEO to manage construction and development land utilization, exploring hotel development & operation opportunity.
2. Project Manager
   Responsible and taking charge of property development projects: cost, time & quality control, managing a team of personnel in property implementation department.
3. Construction Manager
   Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, with a primary focus on buildings construction. Involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing the construction team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
