Post Name: Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to fill the position of Supply Chain Officer to be based in Dreketi and willing to travel to other rice growing areas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Farmers & Ministry of Agriculture.
• Ensure efficient supply of paddy to the Mill.
• Ensure the efficient processing of incoming paddy while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead the team to procure paddy from the farmers with arrangement on logistics.
• Works with Mill Manager and administration/factory team in planning, budgeting, organizing resources, executing work plans, monitors production and quality, co-ordinates priorities, resolves issues and participates in special projects and work schedules.
• Prepare management reporting as required.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture with knowledge of Rice Farming.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role or Agriculture related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building and oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multicultural environment.
