Purpose:

• Provide leadership, guidance, support and direction for the Soft Service and Security Platform.
• Delivery of security, cleaning and other front of house services and manage a KPI-driven business.
• Manage a team of both housekeeping and security personnel to ensure the cleanliness and protection of property, assets and people.
• Understand building assets and its associated cleaning solutions to provide quality of service.
• Responsible for the two platforms inclusive of the quality monitoring toolsets, forecasting / budgeting, revenue and expenditure analysis, achievement of financial results, developing and training people to maximize operational performance; introducing new technologies and apply the industry’s best practices across the cleaning platform.
• Perform HSE inspections and provide input to accident and incident investigations; collaborate with the HSEQ Department and provide response to the client’s request for information on inspections, audits, etc.
• Develop and enforce security procedures and regulations; acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures and needs.
• Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in handling housekeeping and security, working in large people-moving platform.
• Facilities Management experience is highly preferred.
