Freemont Property Managers is an experienced retirement property management company. We take pride in our reliability and trustworthiness when it comes to managing properties for our customers. We are looking for a live-in manager, who will be responsible for our development in Bedford.

Post Name:- Residential Retirement Development Manager

Job Type:- Full Time

Location::- Bedford

£14,000pa plus 2 bed Apartment

Your role will be to ensure that our development is a safe, comfortable, secure and most importantly welcoming environment for our customers. Doing regular checks, making the building safe, organizing contractors and doing admin tasks are some of the duties. You will also need to deal with occasional emergency situations.

We also encourage our managers to bring our customers together, organizing social events. This role doesn’t include nursing and/or personal care. It’s a varied role where you will build excellent relationships with our customers.

You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, a ‘can do’ attitude and strong administration IT skills are required.
