The Director of Boarding is an Executive position within Frensham Schools (Gib Gate, Frensham & Sturt), with direct responsibility to the Head of Frensham for the day-to-day running of the Houses that accommodate Frensham’s 260 Full and Weekly Boarders and 100 Day Boarders.

EXECUTIVE POSITION

We seek to appoint an experienced educator with the drive and good humour to inspire contribution and leadership, in an environment where our girls can thrive.

The role
Working with the Deputy Head of Frensham to share responsibility for the overall care, development and inspiration of students in the boarding environment, including:

• programming of activities and individual student management
• risk-management and oversight of all boarding-related programmes
• management of facilities related to boarding
• scheduling, management and care of the staff team responsible for Boarding
• contribution to the Executive team of the School, in the broadest context.
