Admin Sales Executive Accounts Payable Officer Truck Drivers Warehouse Assistant Job Vacancies at Fresher Produce Pte Ltd Suva Fiji

Looking for a Full time for the positions available.

Post Name: Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Assist in day-to-day task in the accounts/admin department.
• Invoice filing/ preparing handover.
• Cash Counting.
• Receipting
• Assisting customer with queries
• Serve walk in customers at the warehouse.

Post Name: Sales Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Meeting weekly/Monthly Sales Target
• Take Customer Orders through phone.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Customer visit/Marketing our products
• Must speak Fluent English
• Must be Computer Literate
• Responding to incoming calls and emails.

Must have minimum 2 years’ experience. Immediate start required.

Must have previous job experience in same or similar Work Field.

Post Name: Truck Drivers
Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Prior experience will be an advantage in driving.
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
• Must have a clean Valid driver’s license.
• Handle cash for COD deliveries.
• Long hours of driving (Wester trip)

Post Name: Accounts Payable Officer
Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Daily invoicing for all customers
• Write cheques as advised and prepare payment Vouchers
• Invoice Filing
• Update creditors list
• Raise LPO when required
• Follow up with customers for monthly statements
• Maintain record for the vehicles: fuel, Servicing dates and maintenance.
• Keep record for tenants at Riffle Range: collection of rent, EFL Water bill and any other maintenance to be done.
• Reconcile creditors invoice with statement
• Keep track of all creditors in excel
• Update creditors in QuickBooks.

Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting filed in similar role.
Immediate start required.
