It is governed by a skills-based Board of up to ten Directors and is seeking to fill two vacancies. The Board is calling for applications from individuals who feel they can bring either finance or governance experience and diversity to the organisation. The role of Director is a remunerated position with associated travel and training also reimbursed.
The role of Director requires attendance at monthly Board meetings, membership of at least one of the Board Committees, with some additional work between meetings.
We are looking for two Directors – ideally one with strong background and experience in accounting and finance and one Director with skills and experience in clinical governance.
